Mission Statement
Homestead Christian Care is a non-profit organization primarily serving those with mental illness by providing affordable housing and rehabilitation services. We help our residents meet personal recovery goals and improve their quality of life through life-skills training, economic support, social involvement and opportunities for spiritual growth.
Our Vision
Reflecting core Christian values and beliefs, and within our abilities, Homestead Christian Care will assist communities with their need to develop, implement and maintain the highest possible quality of local, supported housing for people with mental health issues or other special needs.
We will seek new ways of meeting our vision in ways that are credible, stable and sustainable through building partnerships and investigating opportunities as they present themselves. We will build community capacity for being open and welcoming to people with mental health issues and other special needs through education, support and innovation.
